SEX TIPS FROM THE EXPERT

I am talking all things sex and relationships with certified Sex Therapist and Psychologist, Dr. Lauren Fogel Mersy.

Dr. Lauren is entirely open discussing this topic and she did not hold back answering any of my questions… which we love!

Sex and relationships are a natural part of human nature, life and wellness. It’s also something that can be quite “taboo” in the United States. I think it’s time we put an end to that and indulge in our own self care, don’t you think?

Before we dive in, this episode is more than just breaking down a taboo topic, we are also talking a lot about relationships and answering your questions, whether you are single or taken! This episode covers more than just sex.

…but let’s just talk about sex for a second because it is SO taboo.

BREAKING DOWN THE TABOO

It’s so interesting when I visit other countries and they are entirely open about this topic. Pedro’s family is from Spain and when we go there his family openly speaks about their relationships and sex!

Actually, they are so open, that one of Pedro’s cousins sat us down and asked us why we aren’t into PDA! Now, PDA just isn’t our thing, but we ARE affectionate on our own.

My point is that I’ve noticed people are more comfortable in different areas of the world talking about sex.

I’m sure that there are people all over the world who aren't as comfortable talking about this topic, but in the United States specifically, it’s definitely taboo.

Let’s start changing that!

Whether you are single, in a relationship, questioning your relationship or looking to improve, we cover all bases and you will find this episode extremely valuable!

I personally feel that people are afraid of talking about sex and/or relationships because they either feel shameful or embarrassed. You do not have to be open about your sex life if you are not comfortable. Many people are not comfortable. That could be part of the reason as to why so many people struggle with acts of self love, relationships and sex in relationships.

Dr. Lauren and I are here today to tell you that there is nothing to be ashamed of, embarrassed of and you are not alone!

…and maybe you aren’t embarrassed or ashamed, but you just want some good tips! We’ve got you covered.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • How to keep your sex life alive

  • Long distance relationships

  • How to spice up sex with your partner

  • The biggest issue that couples face
