The “Mind + Body Rejuvenation” Hack

Like I’ve said a million times, if you feel good you do good, and if you don’t feel good, you won’t do good. Simple. Most of my blogs probably begin with that line and that is because I am all about self-care and wellness! Take care of your body and your body will take care of you.

I discovered this organic green juice a few months ago. I shared it in one of my SHE DID IT podcasts. Sometimes I am just so overwhelmed with life and work and I am dying for something to help get me through.

Ever felt that way? I’m a huge believer in finding solutions though and helping you all get through those moments, so I’ve got the solution for you right here.

All I ask is that you just try it.

The brand is Suja and I get it from my local grocery store ( Publix ), but I am sure you can get it anywhere, and if not, Amazon Prime that shit #obsessed.

I’m actually not big on juicing because I’ve done a ton of research and I’ve learned that juicing actually removes a lot of the nutrients that your body needs from those vegetables. It’s better to eat the vegetables!

BUT, there is something about the ingredients within the juice that actually help elevate my mood, I feel healthier when I drink it ( that might just be in my mind, but I don’t think so and I don’t care lol ), it reduces inflammation in my body ( so I don’t feel as bloated al the time ) and I’ve actually lost a few pounds since I’ve incorporated this into my diet.

I drink the Suja Elements Super Greens Juice.

  • CUCUMBER ( fiber, fiber, fiber )

  • CELERY ( amazing for reducing inflammation )

  • GRAPEFRUIT ( love this for weight loss )

  • GREEN LEAF LETTUCE ( filled with vitamins and fortifies bones )

  • GREEN CHARD (Vitamin K, A + C & great source of magnesium, iron and fiber )

  • LEMON ( boosts your metabolism )

  • KALE ( great source of Vitamin C and Iron + many other nutrients )

  • SPINACH ( full of vitamins and minerals )

  • PARSLEY ( fun fact: I love the taste of parsley & can eat it alone )

  • MINT TEA ( helps with digestion )

While I’m not a doctor, nor a holistic specialist on natural remedies, I can tell you that this juice is an amazing way to begin my day in conjunction with my breakfast.

Who doesn’t want to feel good?

It’s 50 calories BTW. Worth the calories, worth the investment, worth #everything. When I find something I like, I go all out. When I tell you that my fridge is stacked with over 20 Suja Juices, I’m not kidding. It’s literally a grab and go.

I felt the need to insert this gif because I actually laughed out loud when I saw it.

Need a feel good boost? Go grab one!
